Michelle and her husband Glenn have been part of the Faith family for many years. Each of their 4 children have attended FCS and 2 are now alumni. Michelle’s servant heart has been a blessing to our staff and students alike. She loves seeing the smile on a student’s face when they finally understand a concept with which they have been struggling. Her education from Christian schools and her years spent homeschooling her children have uniquely prepared her for current role.

Matthew 5:4, “Blessed are those who mourn for they shall be comforted.” Michelle and her family attend HiWay Baptist Church.

Mrs. Richards has been part of the Faith Family since 2012.
