School hours will now be 8:20-3:20 for all grades K-12. On early dismissal days, all students will be released at 12:45 unless otherwise communicated.
Due to increased enrollment, we have modified the drop off/pick up locations to assist with traffic flow. Please view the map attached and note the updated procedures below.
- All families will enter the campus for drop off and pick up from University Dr. at the far west side of the school.
- If there is a back up of traffic on University, we recommend you proceed to the East entrance and wait there until it is clear to enter your group’s driveline.
Group A (Green) – families with ONLY JH/HS students
Group B (Yellow) – families with BOTH elementary and JH/HS students
Group C (Blue) – families with ONLY elementary students

Group A: Proceed to the STOP signs as indicated, watch for students in the crosswalk, and then pull forward when the drop off space (marked with a star) is clear. Do not stop in the crosswalk. After your child exits your vehicle, pull out and exit with caution.
Groups B and C: If you arrive before 8:00, your JH/HS student may walk to the crosswalk and proceed North to the sidewalk. Elementary students must remain in the vehicle until 8:00 when someone arrives to open the door. Drop off will take place from 8:00-8:20. Students are not permitted on the field before a staff member arrives.
The first vehicle to arrive should stop and wait at the crosswalk until staff indicates they are ready to move forward to the drop off / pick up spot. Remember to always look before pulling forward through the crosswalk or after any STOP sign. Exercise caution as you move to the indicated exits as all group lanes will be merging.
It is expected that ALL students will be dropped off and picked up using the line. There will be NO PARKING in any of the South lot spaces during drop off and pick up times. Parents who have business on campus, should drop off or pick up their students at the designated location and then park in the east lot spaces to enter the building through the office.
Students arriving after the whistle has blown at 8:20 are considered tardy and will need to be checked in through the school office. All students are given five late morning arrival excuses per semester.
The drop off and pickup area will become a SAFETY ZONE during school hours. Cars will not be permitted to pass through the area.
Students are dismissed at 3:20 and are brought down to the pickup line. Parents will be given a 10-minute grace period to pick up their child at the end of the school day. After this grace period, parents may be charged 50 cents a minute until someone arrives to pick up the child. Parents must sign the child out in the school office. An email will be sent to the parent indicating the pickup time and a record will be sent to the Financial Office for billing.
