Service Opportunities, Clubs, and Activities

At Faith Christian School, we see our club program as an extension of our commitment to discipleship and an opportunity to “do life together.” 

Teachers choose club topics at the start of each year based on their personal interests, availability, and expertise. This approach allows each teacher to make their greatest contribution, while simultaneously keeping club offerings fresh for students year after year. 

During monthly club meetings, students and teachers gather over lunch to build relationships and discuss the selected topic. There’s no agenda or curriculum—just conversation and exploration.

Cultivating Servant Leaders

“…Those who would be great among you must be your servants.” (Matt 20:26)

Student Leadership Council

Our Student Leadership Council demonstrates this heart of service as it leads our student body in caring for others at school, in the community, and throughout the world. SLC also plans school spirit activities to encourage the student body and social activities for students to enjoy. School leadership and the council themselves prayerfully and intentionally choose members.

National Honor Society

The National Honor Society is a nationwide organization that encourages high academic achievement and encourages students to uphold principles of morality and ethics, cooperation, demonstrating high standards of honesty and reliability, and showing courtesy, concern, and respect for others. In addition to a commitment to serving others personally, the National Honor Society organizes and leads the student body in service projects each year.

Mission Trips

Every other year, high school students go on a week-long mission trip to make a difference in the lives of others. Through these mission trips, the students have participated in building churches in Mexico, rebuilding homes after Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans, and serving Native American communities on Indian reservations.
