We know you want more just than a diploma for your teen. They want more than that, too. High school is an opportunity to…
By God’s grace and through the investment of our caring faculty and staff, this is what your student can experience at FCS.
In art classes, students experiment with diverse tools and methods such as paint, pastels, chalk, and pencils. Some have even earned recognition in prestigious competitions such as the State Fair, ACSI Art Festival, and Arabian Horse Show exhibits.
Music classes allow students to cultivate their talents through instruction in instruments like guitars and handbells, and participation in our Worship team. This team not only leads chapel sessions weekly, but also prepares students to serve through music in their home churches, in college, or wherever God leads them.
Students hone their performance skills through reader’s theater, puppetry, monologues, improvisations, and one-act plays. Twice a year, students are also given the opportunity to participate in full-scale drama and musical productions such as Mary Poppins Jr., Anne of Green Gables, The Fiddler on the Roof Jr., Meet Me in St. Louis, The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe, and more! These diverse experiences foster artistic growth and deepen students’ understanding of storytelling and expression.
FCS graduates don’t just leave with a diploma—they walk away with a rich education that equips them for college and career success. Our alumni have gone on to thrive at universities across Arizona and beyond. Many have secured academic scholarships, with some even earning full tuition coverage.
Our students consistently perform well on standardized tests and college entrance exams. Some have become National Merit finalists and Flinn Scholar award winners.
We want students to be good stewards of their bodies. To encourage healthy habits and an appreciation for physical fitness, all students participate in PE classes.
We also offer a sports program to help students develop their physical skills, exemplify Christian values, and cultivate Godly character.
Spiritual growth is Faith Christian’s heartbeat. We offer rigorous, college-level Bible classes and intensive Biblical training to challenge and enrich each student’s understanding of Scripture and relationship with Christ. Intentional discipleship, worship, service projects, and leadership roles allow high schoolers to exercise their faith and demonstrate Christ’s love to their classmates and community.
Teachers mindfully weave a Biblical worldview into the classroom and extracurricular activities, ensuring that students can see and interpret the world through the lens of their faith.
Each academic year kicks off with a memorable retreat. 9th—12th graders travel to Northern Arizona, while our 7th and 8th graders enjoy a one-day getaway. These retreats provide opportunities for students to build friendships, engage in corporate worship, and simply enjoy one another’s company.
Students finish the school year strong with an exciting trip to somewhere new, where they can experience different cultures, foods, and activities with their friends. Past trips have included Washington, D.C., northern and southern Arizona, and California.
The Student Leadership Council guides our student body, a group entrusted with cultivating leadership skills among its peers. From organizing festive events like Christmas parties and formal gatherings to orchestrating fall and spring activities, the SLC fosters positive social interaction and community spirit. They also embody our school’s commitment to service and leadership by spearheading various service projects throughout the year.
My time at FCS was instrumental in giving me the tools and foundation I needed to be the man I am today. All of my experiences at FCS, including interactions with the teachers, mission trips, athletics, and even the long walks to the principal’s office, helped to build my personality and my relationship with God. The memories I made in high school will be memories I cherish for the rest of my life.
My time at FCS changed my life. I came in as an unbeliever who was very worldly and left knowing Christ personally and having a desire to help this broken world. I met a lot of great people and matured a lot during this time. I loved the sports we had at Faith and enjoyed playing each year. I very much enjoyed the retreats, as they brought me closer to the Lord and my fellow classmates. I also enjoyed how small the school was. I felt like I knew everyone and we were able to grow together. I am very thankful I attended Faith.
