If you would like to be a chaperone or driver for any field trip, a background check with the school is required.
Please follow the steps to completing a background check:
Read and fill out the form here. Additional verification is needed for a driver.
Bring the completed for and the $14 payment in the office. Cash, card, or check is accepted.
An email will be sent from First Advantage with Shepherd’s Watch within 24-48 hours; click on the link in the email to begin the background process.
